RETURN POLICY
All items are eligible for return during 14 calendar days from the day of receiving*. Items returnable should be as given; sealed, if any, not used, and as new as handled from Sinan.

Customers who would like to return after passing the 5-14 days period will be subject to Sinan final decision.

Sinan will be, unfortunately, enforced, to block any customer commit continuous unjustified returns.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Manufactured defective goods should be notified immediately, within 24H, by sending a photo showing clearly the place or part defected. Note that after the 24H no defect complaint will be considered.

REFUND POLICY
Items after been handled by the customer can be refunded Only by depositing the fund into the same payment methods used in the purchase.
